Second wines, not second best

These are great wines in their own right. Not second class citizens.

There are big lions and a small one. An echo and a prelude. There's an admiral, a Dame, men called Jacques and Antoine as well as a woman called Diane. And there are several architectural features including ramparts, a cloister, some pagodas and a red pavilion. But there are fewer than ten chateaux.
