Claret is more than thoroughly English. It’s thoroughly British. And it has an influence that perseveres. In 2019 - almost two decades into the twenty first century - Claret was used as a barometer in assessing “Britain’s most social counties” by the society bible, Tatler magazine. Or as they call themselves, “the original social media”.
